Our most popular room type, these non-smoking rooms feature two double beds or two queen beds and can sleep up to 4 people. They have all the comforts you would expect, including free WIFI to keep you connected, mini-fridge to keep your dinner leftovers cold, and even a DVD player. Each also has a table and chairs outside for sitting to enjoy the lake and mountain views.

Rate Information
- Rates are based on two people in a room. Max occupancy: 4
- A $10.00 fee applies to each additional adult, or more than two children. Fee higher during major events/holidays.
- Rates are lowest midweek and higher on weekends and special events.
- NH has a 9% tax on meals & lodging.
- Minimum stays apply at peak times, weekends and holidays.
Cancellations
- Provide 5 days notice to receive a refund of your deposit minus the cancellation fee.
- Cancellation fee: $20
- There are no refunds for early departure.
Booking Online
- The first night of your stay will be charged as your deposit.
- Any remaining balance is due at check-in.
- Online reservations are limited to 7 nights, please call for longer stays.
- Reservations made through our site are not confirmed until we send you a confirmation email.
